Products to be tested will follow any of the guidelines and timelines given from the respected company. While
testing, I am willing and encourage to remain in contact with the respect company through the use of phone calls
and computer communication software including, but not limited to, Ventrillo, TeamSpeak, Yahoo Messenger, MSN
messenger and Skype as well as have video calling through the messenger software and email.
Upon the end of the testing of the product I will submit a video review. The video will be uploaded to video hosting
sites including, but not limited to, blip.tv and youtube. I am not responsible for the distribution of videos from
others who may view the video and I am not responsible for the actions made by others who view the videos. If
in the case where I need to pay for the shipping of the product back to the respected company, I will use the least
expensive shipping method taking, at least, five to seven business days for the product to return to the respected
company within the United States and longer if shipped to a country other than.
Upon sending me the product you agree that you will allow me to say my thoughts and opinions of the pros and
cons of the product and not allow any stipulations for what is appropriate to say. I have a video of my bias of
electronic devices that can be viewed here. In the beginning of my review, I will provide a link to the video showing
my bias and I will not have any of my complaints of my bias used negatively in the review.
